Due to condensation issues with the existing roof, the existing roof system was stripped back to joists, existing insulation removed, new timber deck introduced with a new warm bituminous roof system, new vented ridges, slate repairs and to also include render replacement to the chimney stacks. Scaffolding services provided by our partnering scaffold company “Ryan Scaffolding”.
